Case Fee Arrangement

Mr. Jensen takes personal injury, malpractice and product liability cases on a contingency fee basis. A contingency fee arrangement is a method that allows many individuals who have been injured or damaged to obtain legal representation even if they do not have money to pay a lawyer at the outset of a case. This means that if there is no monetary recovery, you owe nothing for Mr. Jensen's services or the expenses he has incurred. Only in the event of recovery are fees charged and expenses recovered. Expenses come out of the net recovery.

Fees for business litigation (breach of contract) are typically charged at an hourly rate, but depending on the circumstances, a contingency fee may be arranged. Since each business case is different, we invite you to call to discuss your situation.
